How to gain Leader Skill Points?

Skill Points in Mafia City can be gained when the leader's level is up. 

During level 1-9, players can gain 3 skill points per level up; 

and 4 per level for level 10-19; 

and 5 points for level 20-29; 

and 6 points for level 30-39; 

and 7 points for level 40 and above. 

Leader can be leveled up by either challenging street force for exp or from exp items, and completing jobs.
